Inter Jrs FC teams' schedules can vary depending on the leagues and programs:

Fall season begins in August with training twice a week until the end of October, and games on Saturdays or Sundays from September through mid-November.

Winter indoor training begins in early December and continues until the end of March.

The spring season begins in late March and continues through mid-June
